Memilih Ketela Yang Tepat

VegaAminkusumo.com – ini gara-gara membeli tape singkong, pas kebetulan rasanya enak, kemudian ayah saya berkata, “Memang, untuk tape itu, yang enak ketela yang putih.”
Waaah, ternyata ada jenisnya juga. Walopun saya masih harus membandingkan berdampingan, untuk bisa membedakan. Tapi mungkin bisa di coba praktekkan, perhatikan penjual tape yang lewat. Kebayakan mereka menjual tape yang dioleh dengan singkong berwarna kuning (singkong mentega)
Akhirnya, ujung2nya saya menulis tentang singkong berdasarkan pengetahuan ayah saya 😀
Silahkan di baca yaaa, jenis2 singkong / ketela.

1. Ketela Pohung: / singkong biasa
Ini jenis yang banyak beredar di pasaran, bentuknya standard dan warna dagingnya putih.
Ketela ini pun memiliki banyak varian lagi, yg bida dikenali dari rasanya.

2. Ketela / singkong Mentega:
Ketela jenis ini termasuk baru ada di indonesia, bibit awalnya dulu sekitar tahun 60an, kemungkinan diimport dari luar. Kemudian populer karena warnanya kuning cantik, walaupun untuk masalah rasa, sebenarnya ketela pohung lebih enak.
3. Ketela / singkong Jinten:
Ciri yang khas dari ketela ini, ukuran lebih kecil-kecil.
Yang membedakan secara fisik, tangkai daun ketela jinten ini berwarna merah, dan kulit ketelanya berwarna lebih hitam gelap.
Untuk masalah rasa, jenis inilah yang sebenarnya yang paling enak *versi ayah penulis*
Namun untuk keperluan industri makanan, jenis ini tidak dipakai (dihindari) karena ukuran yang kecil2, memakan waktu lebih untuk
4. Ketela / singkong mukibat, yang merupakan okulasi antara ketela pohung sebagai bagian bawah, dengan ketela taun (ketela karet).
Usaha kreatif ini bertujuan untuk memperpanjang usia pohon, karena pohon singkong adalah tanaman semusim, yang hanya bertahan dalam hitungan bulan, sementara pohon ketela karet bisa tahan dalam hitungan tahun, namun tidak enak untuk dikonsumsi ketelanya.
Karena usia pohon yang bisa cukup panjang, ketela jenis ini bisa memiliki ukuran yang fantastis, panjang dan besarnya.
5. Ketela / singkong gajah :
Jenis ini termasuk baru dibudidayakan.
Berasal dari Kalimantan Timur, jenis ketela gajah ini di perkenalkan kembali pada tahun 2006, kemudian mulai dikembangkan untuk budidaya pada tahun 2008.

Resep Masakan Rendah Kolesterol : Sup Bawang

VegaAminkusumo.com – Resep yang lezat ini menunjukan bahwa makanan yang baik bagi kesehatan jantung tidak perlu terasa membosankan. Resep Sup Bawang ini mudah dibuat dan bisa tersaji cepat. Selamat mencoba 🙂

UNTUK 4-6 PORSI
SUP BAWANG

BAHAN BAHAN:
60 g margarin non kolesterol
900 g bawang bombai kupas dan iris halus
10 ml/2 sdt gula
60 g tepung terigu
1,7 L kaldu ayam atau air
Garam dan lada hitam bubuk
5 ml/1 sdt thyme kering

12 potong roti Prancis, iris seteval 2,5 cm
30 ml/2 sdm minyak zaitun
30 g keju cheddar parut, jika suka
peterseli segar untuk hiasan

LANGKAH LANGKAH:
1. Lelehkan margarin dalam panci besar. Tumis bawang bombai dan tambahkan gula. masak dengan api kecil selama 15-20 menit sambil diaduk hingga bawang bombai berwarna kuning kecokelatan

2. Masukkan tepung ke dalam tumisan bawang, masak lagi selama 1 menit

3. Tuang kaldu sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam panci, aduk terus hingga adonan licin

4. Bubuhi garam, lada dan thyme, lalu tambahkan anggur putih atau sherry. Panaskan kembali sup dengan api kecil hingga mendidih

5. Tutup sebagian panci, masaklah dengan api kecil selama 20-30 menit

6. Olesi permukaan setiap potong roti dengan minyak zaitun, taruh di loyang pembakaran.

7.Panggang roti hingga warnanya kekuningan

8. Balik roti dan taburi keju parut diatasnya jika suka

9. Panggang roti kembali hingga keju meleleh dan warnanya cokelat kekuningan, atau jika tidak memakai keju hingga roti berwarna kecokelatan

10. Hidangkan sup dalam mangkuk saji dan beri 2 atau 3 potong roti panggang di atasnya. Hias dengan peterseli segar
Catatan::::

Waktu; Lama persiapan: 20 menit
Lama memasak: 45 menit -1 jam

Pembekuan: Sup ini bisa dibekukan tetapi roti panggang harus disiapkan sesaat sebelum disajikan.

Tip memasak: Tambahkan sedikit gula agar bawang menjadi kecokelatan untuk membuat sup yang agak terang warnanya, jangan memakai gula. tumislah bawang bombai hingga layu, jangan sampai cokelat.

Jenis lemak: Kaldu ayam mengandung sedikit lemak jenuh. Keju mengandung yang lebih banyak, namun jika anda menggunakannya sedikit saja maka tidak menjadi soal. Pakailah kaldu sayur dan keju tak perlu dipakai jika tidak suka.r

Resep asli menggunakan?140 ml dry white wine/anggur putih atau dry sherry, namun tanpa bahan tersebut rasa sup tetap enak 🙂

Hello Everyone, today I want to share about diet for high cholesterol and high blood pressure, if u have already diagnosed by the physician that you? have high cholesterol and high blood pressure, it means diet is the most important thing that you should be concerned with, because in order to reduce or even to maintain your cholesterol and your blood pressure is to know what kind of diet you should take and what kind of food you should avoid, weight control obtaining a healthy weight is playing an important role for controlling both blood pressure and cholesterol levels in you body.

Do all of you ever heard or even ever read a book which is said that ? First of all we must know about cholesterol and why it can be higher in our body, High levels of blood cholesterol is called hypercholesterolemia, the organ which is manufactured cholesterol primarily is Liver and carried to the cells throughout the body by LDL ( Low Density Lipoprotein), they cannot travel through the body unaided because cholesterol and other fats do not dissolve in water.

The particles formed in the liver to transport cholesterol and other fats through the bloodstream is called lipoprotein, then from other body cells cholesterol returned to the liver by another lipoprotein, which we called is HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) then cholesterol is secreted into the bile, either unchanged or even after conversion to bile acids.

High Cholesterol in blood Levels or we called Hypercholesterolemia is especially dangerous when HDL (good cholesterol) are low and LDL (bad Cholesterol) is high. If we could not maintain the cholesterol levels in our body, if it was left untreated, it can eventually lead to a heart attack because of CAD (coronary artery disease) or even a stroke due to narrowed arteries supplying the brain.

A chronic elevation of blood pressure is called hypertension, which is in the long ? term, can causes end organ damage and results in increased mortality and morbidity. The product of cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance is blood pressure, that?s why that patients with arterial hypertension may have an increase in systemic vascular resistance, cardiac output, or even both. Usually systemic vascular resistance? and stiffness of the vasculature increased is a dominant role in older patients, while in the younger age group the cardiac output is often elevated.

So?.after knowing a few thing about cholesterol and blood pressure, and how it can make our body become worse if we can not maintain it in a good way, we must really concerned about how to maintain our high cholesterol and high blood pressure by knowing what type of diet should be taken and what kind of diet should be avoid, if you concerned about the health of your Cardiovascular System maintain your Blood Pressure and Cholesterol in a healthy range are important.

There?s a lot of foods that can reduce your cholesterol and protect your heart, the top 5 of that is : oatmeal, oat bran and high fiber foods, fish and omega ? 3 fatty acids, walnuts, almonds and other nuts (be careful for those with allergic reaction to nuts), olive oil, foods with added plant sterol or stanols ( margarines, orange juice and yogurt drinks with added plant sterols can help reduce Low Density Lipoprotein / LDL cholesterol by more than 10 %).

By starting a new foods habits, including counting calories (for those who really concerned about their body?s health will do all the necessary thing to protect their body?s from illnesses) and watching portion sizes, you may be able to reduce your body?s high cholesterol levels? and your high blood pressure, and it will reduce the medication that you need to drink which has already given by your physician?s to reduce the level of your blood pressure. Write down all the kind of foods that you?ve been eaten and reduce them slowly by consult to your nutritionist, will help you a lot to reduce the calories and portions, then you can manage your cholesterol and blood pressure, or even lose your weight in a healthy way.

Lifestyle is an important part in treating your high cholesterol and high blood pressure, if you successfully control your cholesterol levels and your blood pressure with a healthy lifestyle, you may avoid, or even reduce the need for medication.

Here is some of the thing that you must change in your lifestyle? which can reduce your blood pressure and your cholesterol levels and maintain? it in a healthy range :

  1. Lose your weight
  2. Do an exercise in a regular time
  3. Fill your body with a healthy diet ( choose the healthy kind of foods or drink)
  4. In your diet, always reduce the sodium

  7. Reduce the stress ( this is the very important thing and the most causes which can lead our body get worse ) and reduce the caffeine.
  8. Monitor your cholesterol levels and blood pressure regularly and contact your private doctors or physicians, if you need any information or even instruction for the goods of your body.
